Reimagining Stroke Rehab Through Innovation
Rehab Ranger™ mitigates critical gaps in physical rehabilitation for stroke patients—cap on insurance coverage, low patient compliance, and lack of real-time feedback—through an engaging, gamified, and data-driven digital therapy experience.
Why Stroke Rehabilitation Needs Innovation

Traditional rehab methods often rely on repetitive exercises that can be slow and frustrating, limiting motivation and engagement. Rehab Ranger™ AI-driven mobile application, wearable sensors, and gamification transform physical therapy for stroke patients by making it more accessible, engaging, and effective.
- 66% of stroke survivors struggle with mobility impairment.
- Only 50% compliance rate of Home Exercises Program.
- Providers face burnout, inefficient tracking, and high readmission rates.

Findings From Customer Discovery
Through In-depth interviews with stroke survivors, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals, Rehab Ranger™ uncovered critical insights that shape our solution:
Home Exercise Compliance
Providers: Nearly every professional cited poor follow-through on home exercises as the single biggest barrier to successful recovery.
Patients: Patients often feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, or confused about the next steps once they leave the clinic.
Caregiver Burden
Caregivers: Long-term caregivers frequently face burnout, identity loss, and emotional fatigue.
Reason: Juggling medical appointments, therapy schedules, and daily living tasks—sometimes for decades.
Insurance & Documentation Friction
Providers: The administrative load of insurance approvals, billing codes, and documentation cuts into actual patient care time.
Outcome: Provider burnout and delayed patient progress.
Communication Barriers
Patients: Many survivors (especially those with hearing or cognitive impairments) struggle to follow multi-step instructions.
Outcome: Leading to incomplete exercises and slower recovery.
Scheduling & Access Gaps
Patients: Busy family lives, transportation hurdles, and limited clinic availability force some patients to skip sessions or drop out entirely.
Outcome: Increasing the risk of readmission.
